Alright.. I've come up with a list of things that I am asked almost on a daily basis, so I am going to answer them here so that I never have to answer them again! lol
Do you take requests?
No, I do not. I do, however, accept suggestions so that I know I am working on things desired by users, but I have stopped taking requests. However, some of the TGB Team members DO, so check out the TGB Team page to see who is currently accepting requests.
Can I use your coding if I credit you?
Yes, I do allow this, but I ask that you email me your intentions and your username so that I can view the finished product. There MUST be a coding credit to thegraphicbin.com that is clear and easy to see on somewhere your page.
Why do images take a long time to load?
When I designed the user lookup template I used one large image so that the modules could be moved around, which is one of the reasons my layouts are so popular. Large images take longer to load on slow internet connections.
Why do my trophies hang off the page?
I can not for the life of me figure out how to make the trophy module scroll :S
My suggestion would be to shrink your trophies by placing this code anywhere between the 'style' tags:
#usertrophies img{width:70px;height70px;}
If they still don't fit keep shrinking the 70's until they do!
I don't have a neohome, can I/you remove that module?
Sorry, but no. Like I said before, it's one big image, so it has to stay. My best suggestion is to build a neohome! The cost to buy land in Neopia Central is minimal.. and where else are your neopets supposed to go?! ;)

Why is there a grey bar on the right side of my lookup?
All user lookups are best viewed in 1024x768 screen resolution... if you change your resolution everything should be right as rain. I chose that particular selection because it is the most common setting.

Why didn't you answer my email?
I'm sorry, but I get SO many emails every single day that if I replied to every one I would have zero time left to make the graphics that you come here for! I try to answer as many as time allows, but if the answer to your question can be found here, then chances are I won't reply to you ;)
Why can't I see my shopkeeper?
I have deliberately designed SOME of my shop layouts so that the shop keeper is invisible. I did this so that the people who like to have the Emo-Uuski Avatar can keep the avie, but not have the shopkeeper haunting their page. There are plenty of layouts that do include the shopkeeper, so the choice is yours!
Can you change one of your lookups for me?
Sorry, but no.
Why do you have sponsor ads on your site?
Simply because I have to pay money to keep TGB up and running. Domain and hosting costs are high, and the sponsor ads help pay the bills!
