Module Backgrounds
Moving right along we will now concerntrate on the module backgrounds. These are the blocks that are currently purple. We will change the color and dress them up a bit.
Be sure that the Move Tool

in your Tool Section is highlighted. Bring your attention now the the Layers Section. Find and select (by clicking on it) the layer that shows a purple box and is labeled 'stats'.
Right click anywhere on the highlighted area and then select Blending Options.

This is where you will have to play and around try different effects and see what you like. The possibilities are boundless in here, which is why it's my favorite part of Photoshop :) I'm going to use the Drop Shadow, Inner Glow, Bevel & Emboss, Gradient Overlay and Stroke tools to create my module background. Move around the scrolling bars and select different options from the menus to find the combo that suits you. Don't worry about messing things up, because all you have to do it click cancel and it will revert back to it's original form. Once you are satisfied click OK.
To make all the modules look the same, go back to your Layers Section, right click on the highlight stats section that you just edited, and select Copy Layer Style. Now click on the next module, right click and select Paste Layer Style. Keep repeating this action with the reamining modules until they all look the same.

Alternatively, you could make all the module backgrounds different, it's all up to you!
